Principal
David Considine is currently a C-Level executive, Principal of Condahl Security Solutions, LLC, and the President of Condahl Properties, LLC. Dave is a successful real estate entrepreneur and business owner that has over 35 years of professional experience in asset management, law enforcement, business development, emergency preparedness, facilities & construction management, finance, and commercial & residential real estate acquisitions.
After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Dave began his professional career working for a Global Trading Firm that utilized quantitative mathematical modeling & technology to participate in the financial markets as a Market Maker for numerous financial products. During his professional trading career, Dave successfully traded various global exchange-listed derivatives, equities, commodities, and cash markets to lock in profits by utilizing sophisticated trading strategies to hedge the United States Treasury Notes and Bonds throughout the yield curve. During this time, Dave held Series 7 and Series 3 professional licensing from the Financial Industry Regulating Authority.
Dave is a former Chicago Police Officer who started his law enforcement in one of the most violent and dangerous areas of the city of Chicago. Soon thereafter, Dave was selected to work in some of the most elite specialized units within the Chicago Police Department; CPD Gang & Tactical Units, Area 2 Violent Crimes Detective Division, Special Operations Section, and the Organized Crime Division, Narcotic and Gang Investigations Section.
While assigned to the Organized Crime Division, Dave worked as an undercover Narcotics Investigator where he was part of an investigatory team that conducted criminal investigations on illegal narcotic enterprises operating in the Chicagoland area. During which time, Dave worked in collaboration with Special Agents from FBI, DEA, Alcohol Tabaco and Firearms, and the United States Secret Service. Additionally, Dave was personally selected to work with the Israeli Intelligence Agency (Mossad), to assist with the dignitary protection for former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak & Ariel Sharon.
Dave is a highly decorated police officer who received various awards ranging from Honorable Mentions, Department Commendations, Life-Saving Award, Illinois Top Cop Honorable Mention; Superintendent's Award of Valor and also selected as a finalist for the highest Chicago Police Department award; the Carter Harrison / Lambert Tree Award of Valor.
Dave credits his past experience working with the Chicago Police Department for cultivating his people skills & problem-solving abilities. Dave often leverages past experiences gained from the Chicago Police Department to make sound and strategic business decisions.
